School Rules.

Like any school or academy there are rules that the student body must follow!
If you are caught breaking ANY of these rules there will be consequences.

There are three stages of violations at Vinova: (1) being minor and (3) being major!
Depending on the level of the event and past occurrences your character has committed, you can get suspended from your department or even expelled from the school, so be on your best behaviors!

Stages:

One
o Not abiding by the dress code. Refusal to wear your department colors or uniform.
o Harassment or intimidation of other students - Direct and or indirect threats.
o Excessive use of inappropriate language.
o Disrespecting the staff or your teachers.
o Littering!

Two
o Physical harm to other students- such as but not limited to, fighting
o Vandalism
o Trespassing - Entering forbidden school grounds without permission first - which includes male students sneaking in the girl's door rooms, and/or Female students sneaking in the boy's dorm rooms (after hours)
o Multiple absences from class – without any reasonable cause.
o False activation of fire alarms.

Three
o Drugs - Unauthorized possession of drugs.
o Burglary – Breaking and Entering and/or taking possessions that do not belong to you.
o Possession of any object that can be identified as a weapon whether or not it’s been used to cause direct harm to anyone.
o Sabotaging another student’s projects, recitals, and/or performances.


Consequences:

If a student commits a stage (1) act they will be given a warning and if they continue to break the rules it can result in further consequences resulting in those of stage (2).

If student commits a stage (2) act they will be sentenced to *dorm suspension and potentially banned from any school events depending on the severity of their actions. They may also have to perform some sort of community service around the academy such as cleaning campus ground or freshening up the bathrooms!

If a student commits a stage (3) act indefinite suspension. They will be removed from campus and sent home for a temporary leave. Parents will be contacted and they WILL be banned from any remaining school year events, once they’ve returned!

~Expulsion can and will occur when a student’s repeat offender of the rules or if their actions too severe to be categorized within the three stages listed above. Keep in mind this means that your character may never return to Vinova Academy. The sentence will be final and no compromises shall be made. This is very rare and is a last resort in which we do not want to go through with, but if you’re running around “shooting people” then our hands are tied!
